Heads in England and Wales should check to see what their local authority has done with its share of a pound;500 million sports hand-out that it received late last year. The money was meant to provide new PE facilities and upgrade sports halls and outdoor adventure centres. Sport in the community was also to be promoted. Heard anything yet?
