The Sports and Arts Councils today made their first joint National Lottery award. Dormston School in Dudley, West Midlands, with 2,500 pupils aged from 3 to 16 has been given Pounds 3.9 million towards a Pounds 5.5 million sports and arts centre which will also be open to other schools and local residents.
