I am writing to say how much I agree with Rupert Segar’s article on job-hunting for newly-qualified teachers (TES, June 28).
I am an NQT who is still looking for work, despite being constantly remnded by the media and the Government that there is a shortage of qualified teachers. Could someone explain where this shortage exists?
