The fourth Aberdeen “Enchanted” Storytelling and Theatre Festival, which is on now until the end of March, takes its central theme from Maurice Sendak’s book Where The Wild Things Are. The festival features new theatre productions by Visible Fictions and Wee Stories Theatre, the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and dozens of storytelling events for schools and community groups at various venues. The festival’s artist-in-residence, Brian Hartley, is visiting libraries, schools, nurseries and special needs groups across Aberdeen.

The festival programme is available from council outlets. For information contact Jacqueline McKay, tel 01224 346361346029, e-mail jmckay@education.aberdeen.net.uk
