To encourage internet safety for children, the Insafe network has launched a story-telling contest across 19 countries. Nine to 12-year-olds and 13 to16-year-olds are invited to describe in no more than 2,000 words the worlds of mobile technology and the internet. The stories should cater for four to 10-year-olds, and may include three ready-made characters. The top three stories in each category will win prizes, including a trip to the grand final. The overall winning story will be published in its original language as well as in English. Closing date for entries is May 27.
