The Royal Shakespeare Company will visit Barrhead again on April 1-5 as part of its UK tour of schools and leisure centres, converting the sports centre into a theatre.

A company of 20 actors will play the contrasting Swan Theatre productions of ‘Coriolanus’ (with former Citizens Theatre actor Greg Hicks in the title role and Hannah Young as Virgilia) and ‘The Merry Wives of Windsor’ (with Claire Carrie and Lucy Tregeor). Schools are promised an education programme specially developed in collaboration with the venue.
