The largest of 17 planned pilot projects associated with the Scottish University for Industry was launched by Henry McLeish, the Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Minister, in Dunfermline on Wednesday. “Up for Learning” is to be run by a partnership involving Napier University and 11 FE colleges in the south and east of Scotland.
