Studying Diana

Every summer Althorp House in Northamptonshire is inundated with visitors curious to see Diana Princess of Wales's family home, her final resting place and exhibitions featuring her outfits, letters and photographs. The estate encourages school parties (age range 8 to 11) to use the house, exhibition and grounds as part of their citizenship and history studies, in particular the study of recent history through the life of a famous person.

Tours are held between July and September. A teacher's pack is available.
