Why did you start subscribing?

I wanted to make sure of my copy each week. I’m still amazed by how many newsagents don’t stock TESS.

What do you read first?

I always enjoy the comment and analysis pages - I like to see what everyone is saying about the latest events in Scottish education.

What should there be more of in TESS?

It would be nice to see a bit more about educational research - it was great to see the recent News Focus on concerns about the growing gulf between policy and research.

Who would you like to see writing in TESS?

Teacher-researchers doing really interesting action-research projects in their classrooms.

What’s the best thing we’ve done?

The magazine format and the regular interviews with key people in Scottish education.
