TESS is fantastic at addressing social issues in teaching but, with money ebbing away, it’s even more important these are highlighted.

Holding the Education Secretary to account for us.

“MSPs take common sense approach over curriculum” or “Stop press - schools need more teachers”.
What is TESS?
Great resource for probationers - it must work, my last is one of the few with a job. When I started teaching, I made a scrapbook of articles, then reviewed them at the end of the year. I never realised how much I cared about ensuring every child got a quality education - TESS speeded up that discovery.
