The TES Internet service, now in its third week, continues to attract thousands of readers. At the educational technology show, BETT 97, at London’s Olympia, visitors surfed their way through the newly- launched online edition of the paper.
Those addressing the show included Education Secretary Gillian Shephard, and her Labour shadow, David Blunkett. The TES Internet service reported their speeches within hours of delivery.
Registrations to use the site have reached 4,000, including an ever-expanding global readership. The latest group of readers includes people from Botswana, Kazakhstan, China, Lebanon and Russia.
If you want to access the site, you need to enlist with an Internet service provider. Then you can register at the site’s address - http:www.tes. co.uk
