Girls eat more than four times as many sweets as green vegetables, a new book claims.

Working With Children, published this week, says that weight is a problem for a quarter of girls and a fifth of boys.

The book, produced by the children’s charity NCH, also looks at self-harm, bullying, anti-social behaviour and teenage parenthood.
