The Incorporated Society of Musicians has set up a Music Teaching Observation Network through which prospective school music teachers will get a taste of school life by observing classes and assisting with teaching over a week. It covers primary, secondary, grant-maintained and independent schools and is also suitable for working musicians contemplating a career move into teaching.
