Teaching tiring? Try applying lippy

I WAS recently asked by the Nuffield Institute for Health to take part in a Women's Cohort Study. For four consecutive days I have to record everything I eat and drink - weighing and measuring it meticulously.

On the third day, I also have to keep a 24-hour activity diary using a code form provided to differentiate between my various activities.

There are nine codes: from "sleeping, resting in bed or lying down" to "intense manual work, high intensity sports". Code number three covers "light" activities. Examples of these are: "washing, combing, cooking, ironing, vacuuming, playing a musical instrument, applying make-up and ... teaching".
