Teens kick habit

LESS CHILDREN aged 11 to 15 smoke regularly, for the second consecutive year, down from 11 to 9 per cent in 1999, according to the latest figures from the Office for National Statistics. But up to 40 per centof older teenagers still smoke. Action on Smoking and Health wants a complete ban on all tobacco advertising.
