#163;20m for building programmes

Three major school-building programmes will receive more than #163;20 million from the Assembly government despite a tight budget settlement. The Government has had to defer seven capital projects until 2012-13, but 38 other projects will continue as announced and extra cash has been found for 14-19 reform in the Dinefwr area of Carmarthenshire, post-16 transformation in Merthyr Tydfil, and a new school in Bridgend.
