#163;32m to engage 14-19s

A new #163;32 million scheme has been launched to help more than 12,000 14 to 19-year-olds across south-west Wales at risk of dropping out of school or college. The Engage scheme will provide alternative curricula and training schemes to motivate students experiencing learning problems.
