The Imperial War Museum is running a sixth-form conference on the Russian Revolution on October 17. It will examine interpretations of the October Revolution and the establishment of the Soviet dictatorship. Lecturers include Professor Edward Acton of East Anglia University and Dr Christopher Read of Warwick University. Fee: Pounds 7. Free for teachers.
