A flood of fast learning

BT has launched LearningStream, an ADSL service for all educational institutions. At two megabits per second, it is 30 times faster than a single ISDN line and will cost between pound;2,000 and pound;3,000 a year, with pound;600 connection carge, for 24-hour access. If a group of schools join together for the service, adding another will cost pound;1,300. Up to 200 computers can use the same material simultaneously.
