A-level results tweeted

20th August 2010 at 01:00

Cornwall College posted the A-level results of students who volunteered to take part live on Twitter, the social networking service. Dave Linnell, the college principal, said: "By using Twitter to publish our results, it allows us to share and celebrate our successes instantly and worldwide. It is perfect for those parents who will be working on the day and waiting anxiously to hear their son'sdaughter's results, as they will be able to log onto the Cornwall College Twitter page and watch them as they get tweeted."
