WWF-UK Pounds 10.99.

In this colourful and thought-provoking pack, WWF-UK brings coastal issues alive for key stage 2 pupils and deals with the sometimes conflicting claims of wildlife and people.

The 12 colour photocards, A4 size, plus an A2 colour poster, depict a fictional bay where all sorts of activities provide plenty of talking points to encourage responsible behaviour. The photos furnish real examples of threats to nature, from overcrowding on beaches to the links between tinned tuna and the livelihood of dolphins.

The teacher's guide is packed with suggestions for using the materials, which are relevant to English and science as well as geography.
