A week of engineering

Wales's vocational skills champion visited Coleg Sir Gar in Llanelli, to promote the first Engineering Week Wales. The week, involving schools, colleges and local companies, aims to encourage more young people to consider a career in engineering. Peter McGowan, a business adviser and executive coach based in Gwent, was appointed earlier this year to promote vocational qualifications by the Assembly government.
