Agency 'failing army children'

Army schools in countries such as Germany and Cyprus are being failed by the agency set up to support them. Service Children's Education lacks strategic direction and is not keeping pace with educational developments at home, a report by the Office for Standards in Education found. Support for key stage 3, ethnic- minority and gifted pupils was weaker than in England.
