American Football

St Maurice's High (Cumbernauld) faces England's top Flag Football team (the non-contact version of American football) at Murrayfield on April 16 to determine who will represent Britain in the European Championships in Amsterdam on May 5.

The match will be played as a curtin-raiser to the Scottish Claymores' opening NFL Europe League game against Amsterdam Admirals. If St Maurice's, the new holders of the Scottish title, go on to win the European title, they will get the chance to play in the World Championships in Toronto in August.
