Arson school's rebuild plan

31st March 2006 at 01:00
Fire-hit Penyrheol comprehensive will be rebuilt within two years, anxious parents were told this week. The commitment was made just over a week after a blaze gutted the Swansea school. Pupils in Years 10 and 11 returned to lessons on Wednesday and plans are being made to house Years 7, 8 and 9 in temporary classrooms on the school site by May 2. Work booklets will be made available for younger pupils to study at home.
