Arts - Artists take on Glow

Arts organisations are being asked to come up with innovative uses of Glow, the Scottish schools intranet.

The Co-Create Project, a collaboration between Learning and Teaching Scotland and the Scottish Arts Council, invites organisations to submit applications for grants of up to pound;30,000 per project. Successful applicants will be expected to work on their ideas with new media and technology companies.

Joan Parr, head of education at the Scottish Arts Council said: "Co-Create is a fantastic opportunity to develop new and exciting partnerships between artists and Scotland's schools so they can learn together in new ways."

The deadline for submissions is Monday, November 16.
