Arts diary on the Internet

8th January 1999 at 00:00
Searching for a theatre company to visit your school? Want to take part in an artist's workshop or find a choir for your most talented young singers? As of this week, TES Scotland is offering a new arts service on the Internet.

Arts Events is a diary of theatre in education, exhibitions, concerts and workshops for Scottish schools, which teachers can use to check what arts companies are offering and therefore plan ahead.

By going to the TES Web site (www.tes.co.uk), readers can now click through to TES Scotland and click on "Arts Events". Categories include theatre in education, puppets, music, dance, museums and galleries and festivals, with addresses and telephone numbers listed. The site will be updated regularly.
