The Association of Teachers and Lecturers (ATL) last week won a Unionlearn Award for its work in progression and professional development. The award was in recognition of the association's achievements developing CPD for its members and the work of its Union Learning Reps. ATL launched the Union Learning Fund in 2004 and has since seen 7,500 members take up courses in areas such as caring for your voice, behaviour management, and reflecting on how best to raise boys' achievement.
