Two-thirds of parents of autistic children find it stressful trying to secure the help their offspring need, according to a Brunel university study. Parents such as Maria Hutchings,whose case was highlighted by the Tories last week after she confronted Tony Blair live on TV, must face "a nightmare" of red-tape and deception, the study found.
