Baffling, but to vote is essential;Postscript;Letter;News amp; Opinion

FOR A profession that prides itself on communication, I was totally puzzled by the confusing electoral information from the General Teaching Council for England.

Like many of my former colleagues, I have discovered that we can vote, but can't stand for election. I am sure that many people must be as perplexed as we were, so please remind all teachers, even if no longer teaching, to return their forms with their election category marked, or they lose their vote!
