Four enterprising Friday readers can join Captain Kirk, Spock, Scotty and the rest of the crew of the Starship Enterprise as season 3 of the original series of Star Trek goes through the final frontier and makes it on to DVD for the first time. The seven-disc box set, released by Paramount Home Entertainment on December 6, sees the crew grapple with alien life forms in fantastic adventures, complete with the special effects that characterise Star Trek at its best. As well as 26 episodes, it contains three hours of extras including the series pilot, The Cage.

The set will retail for pound;69.99, but we have four copies to give away.

To boldly go into our draw, send an email or postcard with your full name and address, quoting Star Trek offer, to the address on the right. The first four names out of the hat on December 2 will win.
