Seven thousand schoolchildren from 150 schools in Malaysia read more than 28,000 books last month - thanks to the lure of deep pan pizzas.

Students reading a minimum of four books of at least 80 pages are entitled to a pizza voucher, paid for by Pizza Hut and the ministry of education.
