Boy, aged seven, faces permanent exclusion

(Photograph) - .SEVEN-year-old Adam Keenan, suspended seven times in the past seven months, faces permanent exclusion from his Walsall school on Monday. Adam's case came to light as the Government this week announced that parents will be held responsible for their children's behaviour.
