Call centre graduates

BT is aiming to improve consumers' experience of call centres with its first cohort of customer services apprentice "graduates". One hundred apprentices attended a ceremony at BT's centre in Warrington. The apprenticeship, launched last year, combines classroom work with on-the- job training and leads to a BTEC in customer service, an NVQ and key skills in literacy and numeracy.
