CCTV lollipops to catch crossing crime

School-crossing wardens in Flintshire, North Wales, are to have special CCTV cameras fitted to their lollipop sticks to catch problem drivers. The scheme, which follows successful pilots in England and Scotland, aims to film motorists who don't stop or are abusive at school crossings.
