It would be interesting to know how Maggi Allan, director of education in South Lanarkshire, viewed her leader's recent attack on the National Centre: Education for Workand Enterprise. John Mulgrew, president of the Association of Directors of Education, said the centre had proved "disappointing". Allan is its vice-chairman.
