Cereal thriller: 16 pupils at Hafod y Wern junior school, in Wrexham, have already been enjoying their National Lottery-funded big breakfasts for some time, along with TV and board games, but when the Welsh Assembly-funded pilot scheme starts in their area it will mean more children can participate in the toast and fun.
