A NEWLY-qualified teacher is celebrating after scooping pound;5,000 in a prize draw run by one of the country's largest supply agencies. Carolyn Eaglen, 25, was one of 10 winners of a pound;50,000 give-away launched by eaching Personnel to help attract desperately-needed supply staff. But, ironically, Miss Eaglen is about to leave the agency's books to take up a full-time job at a Lincolnshire
