The Junior Language Challenge is open to all UK primary schools. Children complete the listening and speaking activities, quizzes and games online for a pound;2 entrance fee (for charity). The first round language is German; semi final and final languages yet to be confirmed (Japanese and Chichewa last year). Past prizes have included trips to Lapland and South Africa.
