Confidence boost

I AM not sure it helps the confidence of those going into the classroom for the first time to read that headteachers are complaining about the "quality" of those they recruit.

Surely rather than waiting for Mr or Ms Right they should be giving total suport to people prepared to do the job. Or perhaps they proposed to their spouses by saying: "Darling marry me, I can't find anyone better at the moment so you will have to do."
