Alison Thomas's article about NVQ language units in TES Teacher on January 6 (page 6) stated incorrectly that students write their own course content.

This was an editing mistake. It should have read: "The content is flexible, which allows you to write your own course geared to the specific needs of your students." Our apologies for any confusion caused. NVQ language units are offered by OCR, Edexcel and City and Guilds. standardsawarding.htm
