Councils challenge their BSF losses

Three local authorities have launched legal bids against Michael Gove's decision to scrap Labour's #163;55 billion Building Schools for the Future programme. Nottingham City, Luton and Waltham Forest councils have pitched legal challenges with the hope of winning back funding they had been expecting.
