Cultural views sought

The Cultural Commission is an independent body, set up by the Scottish Executive, to review Scotland's cultural provision and make recommendations for the future.

We want you, the readers of this newspaper, to take part. We want you to tell us what Scotland's cultural future should look like. What should change, what could make a real difference or what is already good but could be excellent?

Think about your impressions of for example, libraries, galleries, museums, theatre, dance, music, Scottish writing, festivals and any of the public services that you use.

You can let us know in two ways: by visiting and emailing us your views to or by writing to the address below.

Please state where you read this letter when you reply.

We'd love to hear from you James Boyle Chair, Cultural Commission Broughton High School Carrington Road Edinburgh EH4 1EG
