9th February 2001 at 00:00
It's that time of year again. The shops are full of the cheesiest cards and sexy underwear manufacturers are preparing to make a fortune. The Diary, of course, has a hectic schedule on the day in question but we will fit in a romantic soiree at the Family PlanningAssociation.
