DCELLS names new director general

A career civil servant has been appointed director general of the Assembly's Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills. Dr Emyr Roberts has worked in a variety of roles since joining the Welsh Office in 1991, and has been leading DCELLS temporarily since the departure of Professor David Hawker last month.
