Definitely not a bosses' poodle

Henry Fanshawe Smart, the Cavalier King Charles spaniel who works in the behaviour unit at Dronfield school near Sheffield, has become the first animal to be made an honorary member of public services union Unison. The TES understands he is welcome to attend meetings, providing he shows his Unison dog collar and card, though a source said his voting rights would be "difficult to establish".
