Discipline debate

Tony Callaghan assumes heads and ships' captains are infallible. This is false in both cases. A school exclusion appeal system is needed to protect the interests of those who may be victims of wrong decisions that may have serious consequences for their futures. Every child matters, so every child's right to appeal should be maintained and defended by those who value justice.
