Double act

Duke Orsino's words from Twelfth Night, "one face, one voice, one habit and two persons" (Act V, scene i), may be appropriate to your photograph of Chris Woodhead and Gillian Shephard issuing a statement on The Ridings School on the front cover of last week's TES. Isn't it dangerous when the Chief Inspector for Schools not only agrees with everything that the Secretary of State says but also begins to look like her?
