Dowling Magnets' new catalogue

9th June 2000 at 01:00
Magnets have aroused curiosity and wonder for thousands of years and their role in classroom science is well established. Dowling Magnets' new catalogue offers dozens of magnetic items. These include puzzles, posters, storyboards, marbles, buttons, discs and giant horseshoes. There are collections of magnetic equipment suitable for key stages 1 and 2, together ith activity books. For older pupils, sets with more advanced components incorporate electromagnets to build small motors and generators and to investigate magnetic fields.
