Dragon voices youth views

15th November 2002 at 00:00
THE Welsh Assembly is to launch a new website aimed at children and young people. Funky Dragon, the Children and Young People's Assembly for Wales, has been set up to enable young people to air their views on current affairs and issues that affect them. It will have a direct link with the assembly: representatives will meet with ministers twice a year.
